My approach is simple, easy to implement, builds confidence, and expands your awareness.

It’s my honor to show up as a heart-centered mentor and transformational facilitator with over 40 years of experience as an actor and performer, over 30 years of studying personal development and meditation, and over a decade of coaching, teaching, directing, and filmmaking. With extensive training as an actor and performer in both the Bay Area and Los Angeles, I have had the privilege of working with some incredible actors, including Jim Carrey, Nicholas Cage, Sean Connery, Karen Black, Heidi Klum, and David Boreanaz.

Graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and certified as a Counselor and Coach. I am also certified as a Mindfulness Meditation teacher through the Awareness Training Institute and UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center’s MMTCP 2-year training - led by renowned mindfulness experts, Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. The tools and practices I share in support of navigating life, work, and relationships are rooted in compassion and awareness.

Throughout my life, I’ve faced many struggles, hardships, and a lack of support. I’ve experienced physical, emotional, and mental traumas and abuse. I even faced homelessness as a single parent when my daughter was in preschool. What has helped me the most through life is to show up in service to help others and generously give them the support and loving kindness I wish I had had.

Way back in High School, I volunteered as a camp counselor at a science camp, tutored grade school kids in reading and math, and received an award at the Mayor’s Youth Conference of San Jose as a Psychology and Peer Counseling group facilitator of over 150 students.

Fast forward… for several years I managed human resources, corporate communications, and events for Fortune 500 companies including AOL/Netscape. I helped boost morale and supported employees to integrate work-life balance--in both Silicon Valley and Los Angeles.

Eventually my life began to shift towards being even more in service. I began formally practicing meditation in 1997, became a certified Reiki Master Practitioner in 2003 and a certified massage therapist in 2004.

In 2008, I dove deeper into personal development studying Kabbalah for several years, and focused on cultivating my leadership skills taking the Landmark Forum, Advanced Course, Self Expression and Leadership programs, and I joined the Screen Actors Guild.

In 2009, I attended my first 10-day Vipassana silent meditation retreat.

For several years, I taught the Meisner Acting Technique, on-camera commercial, theatrical acting, improv, cold reading, and coaching performers of all ages. The Meisner Technique informed my practice with tools that I share for greater self-awareness, authenticity, strengthened intuition, and full attentive listening.

In 2011, I began creating my own documentary project exploring “Unconditional Love”: writing, directing, and producing.

In 2013, I began a Mindfulness for Moms three-year transformative journey. I expanded my offerings by sharing embodiment, self-awareness, and mindfulness tools with educators, executives, and professors in need of support with public speaking. I taught them how to be more engaged and engaging, and shared tools and practices for lawyers who wanted to be more empathetic and compassionate.

In 2014 – 2017, I explored personal development through the Human Awareness Institute, trained in Active Listening, and became a Team Assistant for workshops. In 2016, I became certified as a Counselor and Coach through the Interchange Counseling Institute, and I began practicing Vajrayana Buddhism.

In 2018, I began the two-year journey with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach studying to become a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher.

In 2020, I studied Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Intro to Racism & It’s Undoing with Patti Digh and Victor Lee Lewis. I participated in Come Alive: Applied Dharma for the Dissolution of White Body Supremacy, with Dana Bee and Kaia Kordic. Through my work with Thrive Academy, as a team, we participated in DEI Team Training with Trudi Lebron, and as a community, we participated in Thrive in the New Paradigm, J. E. D. I. with Lisa Dennen-Young.

My personal development is a life-long journey! In 2021 - 2022 I attended more workshops through the Human Awareness Institute increasing my capacity for unconditional love and acceptance, studied with Tony Robbins upleveling my life, and furthered my education with an Advanced Communications Skills course.

After sharing meditations with the groups I’ve facilitated over the years, you can now find me as a teacher on InsightTimer, “The best meditation app with the world's largest FREE library of more than 180k guided meditations, 17k teachers & the world's most loved meditation Timer.”
