I am experiencing more of myself, and I know it is from having a sacred space where I can imagine and connect with my inner wisdom. I have tended to shrink and hide; however, I recently noticed myself opening like a flower to a ray of sunshine; feeling grounded and speaking with an authentic voice. In the year I have worked with Leah, I am experiencing the power of unlimited possibilities in how I live my life in full expression.

I give my highest compliments to Leah Diamond. Leah and I had a one-hour coaching session to prepare me for a public talk I was to give. Leah asked me a number of profound questions that quite literally felt transformative. Her approach to training speakers is based deeply in neuroscience and psychology and, ultimately, is about learning to communicate from your deepest intention(s). Rather than coach about speaking techniques, Leah guided me through a set of questions and helped establish some practices that not only will improve my speaking, but lead to some profound and not well-understood parts of myself. I don’t say things like this, but my one hour with Leah changed my life and the result of that will make me a better speaker. I owe my deepest gratitude to Leah.

As someone who holds space for others every day on my job, I rarely have times when I can surrender and allow someone to hold space for me. First, I have to trust them. Second, I have to find the time and feel the willingness to do so. Third, they need to have the skills to do so. I had a great coaching session with the amazing Leah Diamond. If you’re looking for someone to hold space for you, reflect, and gently guide, I highly recommend reaching out to her. I gained a lot of clarity on a situation I recently struggled with.

Leah demonstrates tremendous courage and resilience. She consistently shows an ability to “be with” what is, and a willingness to turn towards her feelings with interest and curiosity as she lovingly explores them with kindness and care. She shows profound respect for those around her, and the depth of her care is inspiring.

She is a multi-talented individual who brings great skills, ethics, integrity, goodwill, moral support, hard work, sensitivity, collaboration and leadership to any effort she focuses on. She’s also an excellent coach, actress, teacher, entrepreneur, and artist. Her wide range of challenging work experiences and skills have made her resilient, an excellent communicator and a trustworthy individual. Her outlook on life is grounded, imaginative, and interconnected. She’s a go-getter and yet remains a lovely person.

We worked with Leah as our organization worked to improve our Tours of 21st Century Sex Ed community events that showcase our nonprofit’s mission. For 4-6 months we worked with Leah, as a small group and individually to make our events more impactful to the community members who attended. The stories we told included those about our childhoods, about misogyny, about harassment, and about fear. They were compelling. But they would sometimes fall flat with our audience, leaving us wondering what went “wrong”? Leah helped take our stories to the next level. She helped us to create an experience with the audience, in which they felt our story as we told it. The story became an experience. Each week, through light meditation, breathing, and vocal warm-ups, Leah coached us in becoming more vulnerable. She supported us as we developed techniques to make our narratives more impactful, more full of feeling. Without judgment, Leah gently nudged us as we became more open and accustomed to bearing our souls, knowing that this would only increase our connectedness to our audiences. And, we became more connected to one another. As co-workers, you spend 40 hours a week together, yet, you still may not really know someone. Leah’s sessions brought our team closer together – building trust, compassion, and camaraderie in a way we couldn’t have otherwise. Ultimately, Leah equipped me personally with skills that grew my confidence in delivering my own story. She provided structure and techniques I use each and every time I deliver my story. We’ve received wonderful positive feedback about our transformation and I know it could not have happened without Leah. She is a talented and generous professional and an authentic and caring person who you will want to work with!

I had the opportunity to work with Leah to build my comfort and skills with public speaking. Leah’s approach was to help me connect with both my own personal connection to what I was presenting and with my audience to be as authentic as possible. She was flexible in finding different ways to help me connect with myself and my words. She was both supportive and clear in her feedback on ways to improve. There is no question that I will use the lessons I got from my experience working with Leah throughout my career.

I truly enjoyed working with Leah. I had the pleasure to work with Leah on my communication and public speaking abilities. I really appreciated Leah’s holistic approach to working with individuals. Her coaching helped identify areas of growth and really gave insight into how I can genuinely connect with people not only through my work in nonprofits but in life in general. I would highly recommend Leah.

Leah is an elegant and playful leader that clearly has a wide range of skills to draw from. Her passion and expertise are obvious and palpable. What I loved most about the experience is how the women felt safe to be fully themselves. The title alone “As You Are” gave us all an unspoken permission to be as raw and vulnerable or guarded and shut down as we wanted to be. There was a range of experience in the short 3-hour session and it seemed to leave everyone wanting more! I highly recommend working with Leah, if nothing else just to really get to feel the love that she has available to give.

Leah Diamond is a loving and dedicated mentor. Her lessons are highly personalized and leave me with no doubts that she is giving me her full attention. I always feel safe to be emotionally vulnerable, a feeling that I have come to learn is a key part of growing as an actor. Although she focuses a lot on the more abstract concepts of becoming a good actor, Leah is also very knowledgeable when it comes to the concrete aspects of the business. She aided me in building a better resume and helped me connect to networks where I can market myself in order to work and gain experience. She is extremely adept at fostering growth through personal exploration, creativity, and imagination. I am a better and more confident performer thanks to Leah!

I’ve had Leah as a teacher for a while, and I have never met someone who is very compassionate and open towards her students. She brings forth a comfortable environment that allows us the freedom to express what we truthfully feel while teaching us acceptance and love for who we are. If you have trouble getting out what’s buried deep within you, she has a gift that brings it out without you feeling shame in a very healthy way. If you want an open-minded mentor and friend to guide you, she is definitely the right person to be around. There is a reason why her last name is ‘Diamond.’ Because she is so dedicated and committed to helping her students transform themselves from a lump of coal to a priceless diamond they’re truly worth.

After my experience at Leah’s event, I shared the exercise with my sweetie and I felt free to share something that I had been withholding. Afraid that he could not accept it, I was free to share it with no story. I felt free to express what I was holding onto and he could simply observe and stay present with me. We found out that there is nothing to hold back from each other, giving us full self-expression with each other, acceptance, being seen, heard and embraced with this new communication tool. The exercises have completely transformed my life in a way that I could have never seen.

Leah played the starring role in my short film, MODEL MAN. I selected her for the role because she brought an incredible amount of warmth and grace to the character she played. She was a very professional actress: great at taking direction, innovative and attentive, and interested in delving into her character’s psychology and backstory. She spread the love on set by informally mentoring younger actors, giving hugs to tired crew members, and doing everything she could to help out behind the scenes. She gave a flawless performance, and I can’t wait to work with her again!

Leah possesses a combination of qualities that is so rare to find in a teacher: A deep spirituality, gently grounded in the present with humor and conviction, and a keen instinct for technique. I’m very lucky to have found her.

When I first saw Leah for coaching, my mind was a whirlwind of fears and anxieties. Facing divorce and bankruptcy, I felt like a failure. My life was falling apart. I felt paralyzed by overwhelm and stuck in my own story. I couldn’t see a way out. After two months of working with her, I feel grounded, centered and deeply embodied. My body, heart and mind are aligned and I’m ready to show up in court for the final chapter of a 29-year marriage, so I can finally close the book on a relationship that has caused me so much pain. If you’re going through a big life transition, I highly recommend Leah as a coach. Her clarity, wisdom, depth, dedication and tenderness are invaluable.

Leah EMBODIES strength, … whenever I was in her presence I felt like I could do anything. Our limited time together is what gave me the strength to take the risks I am currently taking for myself, and I am forever in her debt because of it. Thank you for the way you have forever affected my life Leah.

I worked with Leah on presentation techniques and corporate communication techniques this past year, which was super helpful and insightful for my career. Leah is very observant of behavior and enhances one’s self-awareness and quickly identifies areas to improve. I would highly recommend Leah for any executive/working professional seeking to find their own voice and style in the workplace.

Leah is a Positive, energetic coach. She is easy to communicate/work with and very knowledgeable. My daughter has worked with her for a short amount of time, but has learned a lot. Leah is a great example and pushes my daughter in a very positive/motivated direction towards pursuing her acting.
— Jesse Kelly, Actress. Los Angeles CA

I had the pleasure of being an acting student of Leah’s for over a year. I feel she has a real talent in giving her class sound direction. The kind of direction us artists types can understand. She always deals with all of her students with a genuinely compassionate heart. This seems to also come in very handy working with emotional actors. I always leave her class with a positive feeling and tends to stay that way for the rest of the week. I highly recommend Leah Diamond as a teacher and a guide.

In the few months that I’ve been studying under Leah, her willingness to be open and show genuine care and love for her students has helped me grow so much more than I thought I would. Leah is truly accepting of all ideas and encourages positivity in her students. I’ve learned a lot from Leah, not just through the course material but also from her kindness and open approach to teaching. I’d recommend her to anyone as a teacher in a creative field!
